Shipping & Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering a smooth, reliable, and transparent shopping experience for all our customers across Europe. Below you will find all the details regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping Information

All orders are processed after the purchase is completed. Since many of our products are made to order, please allow 1–2 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You will always see the full shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €100.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range between 3–5 business days within Europe after dispatch. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), so you can follow your package.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you will be given instructions on how to return your item.

Returned products must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be returned in the original packaging (where possible)

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is in line with EU regulations regarding made-to-order products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
